Returns & Refunds policy

🧵Custom Orders & Final Sale

All Acey Deucey Designs products are custom‑made and created according to the specifications provided at the time of ordering. For this reason, all sales are final, and orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once production has begun.

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances except in cases where Acey Deucey Designs is responsible for a shipping or fulfillment error.

📦 Shipping Errors (Our Responsibility)

If Acey Deucey Designs ships the wrong item, wrong size, wrong quantity, or the item arrives damaged due to our packaging error, we will gladly correct the issue.

Eligible resolutions include:

• Replacement of the incorrect item

• Reprint of the damaged item

• Return label provided (if applicable)

• Refund only when a replacement is not possible

To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photo documentation of the issue.

🚫 Non‑Returnable Items

Because all products are custom‑made, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items created to your specifications (pre-approved designs by a school or other entity, custom designs, personalized apparel, custom prints )

• Items damaged due to customer handling

• Items with wear, stains, odors, or alterations

• Items past the 7‑day shipping‑error reporting window

📮 Returning Goods (If Approved)

If a return is authorized due to an Acey Deucey shipping error:

• We will provide instructions for returning the item

• A prepaid return label may be issued when applicable

• Items must be returned in their original condition

• Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item is received

We cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit when using a customer‑provided return method. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
